Position Purpose:

The main purpose of this position is to continue parts, supplies and service of Ink Jet, Laser, TTO and LCM. And also managing customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventive maintenance jobs for all customers as stipulated in the service contracts.
  • Quick and timely response to onsite service requests of customers for VJ equipment.
  • Provide good and effective trouble shooting and repair of VJ equipment.
  • Provide good service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide basic user training and basic maintenance procedures to end-users.
  • Provide new equipment installation services.
  • Provide equipment sales support (e.g. equipment set up for demo)Handle any customer service enquiries.
  • Continuously improving technical knowledge on VJ equipment.
  • VOC - ensuring local market demands are fed back into the SEA marketing team.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • A technical qualification with a NTC/Diploma.

Work experience:

  • Must have 2-3 years of industrial equipment repair experience.
  • Ideally in an industrial/manufacturing equipment repair environment.
  • Experience in sales of service contracts and equipment supplies.
  • Dealt with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments.
  • Understands our customers, has repair into part of our customer base: Food, Beverage, Pharma, Household, Extrusion, Wire & Cable, Automotive etc.

Skills required:

  • Good time planning and organization.
  • Ability to cope with pressure.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Monitoring and strong follow-up with customers.

Special qualifications:

  • Preferred Bilingual Able (Korean / English).
  • Must have Driver license.
