Job description

The Ticket Agent is responsible for accurately selling tickets to customers by phone or in-person and providing show information as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests
  • Sell tickets to guests, always upselling
  • Provide accurate money-handling skills, including credit cards and pre-authorizations
  • Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, and attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping
  • Work with OPC's
  • Ability to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show
  • Ability to stay up to date on all policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned
Skills:
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to work on the phone for an extended period of time.
  • Able to work with the public and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Education:
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required

Comp: Hourly base + commission
