We are currently hiring for a part-time, in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). While RBT certification is not required at the time of hire, candidates with previous RBT experience are highly preferred. Qualified candidates must be available to work weekday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Because this is an in-home position, applicants must have a reliable, insured personal vehicle for travel to and from client homes, as well as a valid driver 's license in good standing.

The Behavior Technician is primarily responsible for working one-on-one with a child with autism, or similar disabilities, inside the child’s home or clinic. The ability to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. During the first 4 weeks, staff are expected to complete all trainings, complete the competency assessment, and take the RBT exam. Following the training period, staff will be expected to bill a minimum of 28 hours within a 40-hour work week. This may be a combination of clinic and in home sessions. The goal is to bill as much as possible within a given work week to support productivity through direct client services and maximize staff earnings. Staff will also be expected to complete other indirect work such as entering data, updating paperwork, cleaning/organizing, and attending supervisions and trainings. #hotjob
