European Tan & Spa is seeking high-energy, sales-driven, and customer-focused Sun Spa Sales Consultants to join our team! If you have a passion for beauty, skincare, tanning, and wellness and love working in a Luxury Sun Spa environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

✔️ 18+ years old (must have a high school diploma or GED)  
✔️ Minimum 6 months Sales experience one year preferred (retail, beauty, or hospitality)
✔️ Outgoing, confident, and passionate about the beauty & wellness industry
✔️ Strong communication & people skills – You love talking to clients and building relationships
✔️ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (Minimal travel required)
✔️ Must use and love our tanning & spa services
✔️ Must have experience with UV Tanning and Spray Tanning

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Promote and sell Luxury memberships, spa services, and premium skincare products
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals for memberships and retail products

Customer Experience & Salon Operations

  • Deliver a LUXURY Guest Experience by providing expert recommendations for services and skincare
  • Make quality recommendations on products 
  • Sell memberships and maintain sales goals
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment
  • Manage customer inquiries with a friendly, solutions-driven approach
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy salon setting

Scheduling Requirements

Minimum 2 shifts per week, including weekends
Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays per month

Shift Options:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (OPEN) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (CLOSE)
  • Friday: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (OPEN) or 1:45 PM - 7:15 PM (CLOSE)
  • Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1 PM (OPEN) or 12:45 PM - 5:15 PM (CLOSE)
  • Sunday: 9:45 AM - 4:15 PM
