Job description

Summary
Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a Licensed Service Plumbers for our Rockwall and Ft. Worth shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential plumbing business. The main focus is to ensue plumbing repairs have been done properly and reduce/eliminate the potential for water damage or other potential liabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with homeowners to diagnose and repair sewer and drain issues, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and credibility.
  • Competently use conventional sewer machines.
  • Navigate crawl spaces, ditches, and challenging environments.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while on the road.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with customers
  • Comfort working in crawl spaces and challenging environments
  • Must be team oriented
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan for efficient customer management
  • Must have current Tradesman/Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
  • Apprentices must have Drain Cleaner Endorsement with 2 years experience.
  • 3-5 years of Residential plumbing experience preferred

Pay and Benefits
  • Hourly and commission pay available. Hourly rate based on current license. Bonuses and incentives available based on performance.
