# Director of NIL Creative & Strategy - Creative Services## Florida Gators•### @FloridaGatorsPosted on 7/24/2026•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Director to provide leadership for Florida Athletics’ agency initiatives by developing innovative strategies that increase athlete NIL value, generate revenue opportunities, strengthen recruiting efforts, and position Florida Athletics as a national leader in athlete branding. Serves as a strategic partner across the athletic department while remaining an active creative contributor. Mentors athletes and staff, develops new business opportunities, leads high-level presentations, and identifies innovative ways to leverage creativity to create measurable value.This position requires the incumbent to have demonstrated expertise in NIL, athlete branding, sponsorship strategy, and the creator economy; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth; strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer service skills; be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; be able to identify opportunities and develop innovation solutions; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is chosen,**MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:****Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in Creative Media, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, Journalism, or appropriate area of specialization* Four years of progressive experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, agencies, media, marketing, or entertainment* One year of supervisory experience* Valid driver’s license* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Canva, Instagram Edits, presentation software, and emerging creative technologies* Portfolio demonstrating excellence across multiple creative disciplines**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience mentoring athletes, students, or creative professionals*Please upload a copy of your portfolio/sample work in the Documents section of this online application.***BENEFITS:**Comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to health, dental, life, LTD, AD&D, pension plan (upon eligibility), athletic event tickets, tuition assistance, employee events and recognition programs as well as relocation assistance.
