Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to own ARR forecasting, drive automation, and modernize topline forecasting processes. This role will partner with Sales Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Investor Relations, and business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, streamline reporting, and support the development of the Anaplan roadmap for scalable ARR and topline planning.

Responsibilities

  • Own ARR forecasting and deliver actionable insights on topline performance, risks, and opportunities to Finance and Sales leadership
  • Lead automation and forecast retooling initiatives to streamline recurring forecast, reporting, and analytics workflows
  • Support Anaplan roadmap development, including model enhancements, process improvements, and scalable planning capabilities
  • Build dashboards, reporting processes, and executive-level presentations that explain key business drivers and financial results
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Sales Finance, and Finance Business Partners to support ARR, revenue, and topline planning

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM preferred; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or strategic FP&A
  • Advanced financial modeling experience, preferably in subscription-based or ARR-driven businesses
  • Experience with financial systems, automation, and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate reporting, and translate financial data into actionable business insights

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $95,000 and $139,700. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
