TruOak Financial Partners is expanding in Birmingham and looking for an experienced financial advisor or leader to grow our presence in the market.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to produce, recruit, develop advisors, and build a strong local team. You will have the freedom to shape the Birmingham market with the backing of an established firm and direct support from TruOak’s leadership, recruiting, marketing, operations, and training teams.

You will not be building alone.

The right person may be a successful advisor ready to step into leadership, an experienced manager looking for greater influence, or a well-connected financial professional who sees the opportunity to build something meaningful in Birmingham.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth of TruOak Financial Partners in Birmingham
  • Recruit experienced and aspiring financial advisors
  • Coach advisors and help them grow their practices
  • Maintain personal production and serve your own clients
  • Build relationships throughout the Birmingham business community
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Work directly with firm leadership on recruiting and market strategy
  • Help shape the long-term direction of the Birmingham team

Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or advisor leadership
  • Active Life and Health license
  • Active Series 7 registration
  • Series 63, 65, or 66 preferred
  • A record of success in personal production, leadership, recruiting, coaching, or advisor development
  • Strong relationships within Birmingham or the surrounding market
  • The ability to lead while continuing to build a personal practice
  • A genuine desire to develop people and grow a market
