Position Details

• Hospital-employed OB/GYN practice with Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) support
• ~60 deliveries per month with a balanced OB/GYN case mix
• No clinic responsibilities while on call
• Flexible scheduling options available

Facilities & Clinical Support

• Family Birthing Center with LDRP model (11 private suites)
• Dedicated OR for C-sections
• da Vinci robotic system with block time and skilled first assists
• 24/7 anesthesia and pediatric hospitalist support
• Level II Intermediate Care Nursery
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine support for clinic consults and anatomy ultrasounds

• Virginia’s only hospital designated a Leapfrog Top General Hospital (multiple years), with four straight “A” Safety Grades and Advanced Perinatal Certification from The Joint Commission recognizing excellence in maternal and newborn care
