Babaco Alarm Systems is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carlstadt, NJ! In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers feel safe, supported, and satisfied every step of the way. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with account questions, service requests, and troubleshooting alarm systems
  • Process orders, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with field technicians
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the alarm system
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate product and service information clearly to new and existing customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service a plus, Graduates welcomed will train fror this position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong Excel and Word a must
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn software quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
