Customer Service Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Position Overview
Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Service Associates for an on-site customer support opportunity in the travel and hospitality industry.
This is an inbound phone role focused on helping customers with reservations, scheduling, account questions, and general service needs. Paid training is provided, and previous travel or call center experience is not required.
Schedule Options
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-10:00 PM
  • Saturday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Assist with reservations and scheduling
  • Provide clear information about services and options
  • Update customer accounts and document calls
  • Help resolve routine questions and concerns
  • Follow established procedures and service guidelines
  • Escalate more complex issues when needed
  • Maintain dependable attendance and professional communication
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and listening skills
