Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Account management builds long term relationships with customers by providing product and service information and by resolving product and service issues in a timely manner. This position will work closely with Sales, Accounting, CSRs and Manufacturing teams to meet the customers needs. This is a full time salaried non-exempt position. Monday through Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Oversee assigned customer accounts respond to emails in a timely manner according to company standards.
  • Process orders in a timely manner, electronically and manually.
  • Maintain customer records, update account information as necessary.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with sales, logistics/supply chain, and manufacturing personnel on customer deliveries.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and effective manner.
  • Work with Manufacturing Team on credit memos, returns and price deviations.
  • Make appropriate decisions to satisfy customer needs and take necessary steps to implement decisions.
  • Participate in a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize daily workload within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Prior Customer Service experience, preferably, in the Corrugated or Converting paper industry.
  • Must maintain a high level of accuracy and strict attention to detail.
  • Posses excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
Bonuses - Monthly and Quarterly Team share bonuses based on plant efficiencies. Paid out the 3rd week of every month.
