Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking a Visual Analyst to join the Data Analytics Team (DAT), supporting the organization's web development and deployment efforts. In this role, you will assist in web design and development to maintain a professional front for the organization, creating high-quality graphics for various initiatives and presentations. You will work alongside senior designers, helping to interpret requirements and translate them into compelling visual products that effectively communicate the intended message. Responsibilities

  • Web Design & Development: Design websites and create visual assets to support the customer's mission and organizational activities
  • Content Management: Manage and update content within content management systems such as WordPress and SiteWorks
  • Web Development: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web application solutions
  • Scripting: Implement and modify basic scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Graphic Design: Design and create graphics to support organizational activities and communication efforts
  • Collaboration: Work with the team to propose and review business solution strategies

Qualifications

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
  • Education & Experience:
    • B.S. degree plus 4 years of experience, or 8-10 years of total experience in place of a degree
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator
    • Experience in designing and implementing customer web-based solutions
    • Familiarity with gathering customer requirements and documenting processes
    • Basic experience with UI/UX design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge of web service and content management architecture
    • Familiarity with web design tools: JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
