Our team works hard to protect Arizona’s environment while providing dependable, efficient service to contractors, landscapers, and homeowners.The PositionAs a Bagging Operations & Production Associate, you’ll support steady, accurate output for our bagged products and block work. This role exists to keep quality consistent, pallets correct, and production moving safely.Key responsibilities:- Bag soil mixes and other products under the canopy to exact standards- Support outdoor concrete block production as needed- Stack, label, and organize pallets with accuracy and safe handling- Use material-handling equipment (forklift, skid steer) when assignedRequired qualifications/skills:- Strong attention to detail and consistency- Willing to work hard and follow supervisor direction- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly- Comfortable working under canopy and outdoors in changing weather- Reliable, punctual, and safety-mindedPay is $17/hr, full-time, onsite in Tucson, M–F 6am–3pm.
