About the Role
We’re hiring Two Sales Representatives to help grow our client base by connecting with potential and referral sources. Many of the decision-makers we target—business owners, financial advisers, bankers, and other accountants.
Your job is to build relationships, conduct outreach, and close new engagements for our accounting firm.
This role requires a high-energy, “mind of a shark” mindset: confident, persistent, and never passive when it comes to follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings
- Reach out and communicate with business owners and referral partners
- Meet with prospects including:
- Bankers
- Financial advisers
- Business owners
- Other accountants (referral relationships)
- Identify needs, build rapport, and guide prospects through the sales process
- Follow up consistently to move leads toward closure
- Represent the firm professionally in in-person meetings and calls
✅ Experience Requirements (Minimum 1 Year)
Must have at least 1 year of experience in:
- Sales (closing experience preferred)
- Cold calling and lead generation
- Communicating with people professionally
- Handling objections and maintaining strong follow-up habits
- Using CRM systems (a plus)
✈️ Travel Requirements
- Travel is required to meet with prospects and professional referral sources.
- You’ll be meeting decision-makers such as business owners, financial advisers, bankers, and accountants.
Compensation
- Base pay + Commission
- Commission payouts can range from $2,500 to $15,000 per month
- Payments will be monthly, based on performance and sales closed
