  1. Enthusiastic in the area of sustainability, green building, energy efficiency, and climate change mitigation
  1. Friendly, positive, collaborative, with a customer-service focus
  1. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
  1. Flexible to work with project schedules and timelines
  1. Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others
  1. Effective oral and written communication skills
  1. Ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner
  1. Willingness to become a LEED AP and an ICC CALGreen Inspector
  1. Architecture, engineering, or environmental studies degree or equivalent combinations of technical training
  1. Familiarity with construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.

Requirements
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
