This is a sales role. If you are not comfortable making sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert high-intent inbound sales calls
  • Conduct owner consultations and present RPM Evolve’s services
  • Manage pipeline and activity in CRM systems
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Perform 25% outbound outreach (follow-ups, referrals, networking)
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams for smooth client transitions

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary + aggressive, uncapped commission
  • Sky-is-the-limit earning potential for high performers
  • Strong inbound lead flow
  • Clear performance expectations and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Real estate sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales or business development experience
  • Strong phone presence and closing ability
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
