We're looking for an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office sales team in Reston, VA.

If you enjoy the energy of working alongside a sales team, having direct access to coaching and support, and staying busy with a steady flow of sales opportunities, this could be an excellent fit.

Unlike many insurance sales positions where producers are expected to generate every opportunity on their own, we invest heavily in generating opportunities for our sales team.

You'll have access to multiple company-provided lead sources, including:

Warm internet leads

Direct mail responses

Warm transferred prospects

Internal referrals

Inbound sales opportunities

Outbound prospecting opportunities

We provide the opportunities, tools, training, and support. You bring the drive to turn those opportunities into customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected First-Year Earnings: $55,000$75,000 (Base Salary included)
• Top Performers: $75,000$90,000+ annually

This is not a remote or hybrid position. You'll work Monday through Friday from our professional Reston office, with your evenings and weekends free.

What Success Looks Like

This is an active, performance-driven sales position. Successful producers are comfortable spending much of their day talking with prospects, following up on opportunities, quoting households, and asking for the sale.

Our successful sales representatives:

Make 100+ outbound calls per day

Respond quickly to new sales opportunities

Consistently follow up with prospects

Quote multiple households each day

Build relationships and confidently ask for the business

Stay organized, disciplined, and accountable

Maintain a positive, competitive mindset

Embrace coaching and continually work to improve

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
• Work multiple company provided lead sources, including internet leads, direct mail inquiries, warm transfers, and internal referrals.
• Quote Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycles and Boat insurance.
• Conduct proactive insurance reviews and identify cross selling opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent level of daily sales activity, including outbound calls, quoting, and follow-up.
• Build long-term customer relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and underwriting compliance.
• Meet individual activity and monthly sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth.

• Active Property & Casualty license is required
• 1+ years of prior insurance sales experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• High level of professionalism and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Spanish fluency is a plus
