BMW of Barrington, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Position Summary: We are hiring immediately for a motivated sales professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, guide clients through the car-buying process, present BMW vehicles with confidence, and help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information and professional BMW vehicle demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay current on BMW models, features, financing options, and market trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized showroom environment.
Qualifications
