CSlope Solutions LLC is seeking an SME Web Developer to serve as the senior technical authority on the NAVSUP Enterprise Web (NEW) program. In this role you will lead end-to-end architecture and development of Navy enterprise web systems, drive requirements discussions directly with NAVSUP stakeholders, and mentor a mixed-level development team. You will be the single point of technical accountability for web application quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities PWS Reference Responsibility PWS §5.1 / §5.2 Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise web sites and web applications supporting NAVSUP global logistics operations. PWS §5.4 Drive web interface prototyping and UX strategy; translate stakeholder requirements into high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. PWS §5.7 Provide requirements development leadership; chair technical working groups with government counterparts and synthesize emerging requirements into actionable development backlogs.

Team Leadership Mentor Senior, Journeyman, and Junior Web Developers; conduct technical code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team. Quality & Risk Own technical risk identification and mitigation; serve as the contractorx27s primary technical liaison to the Contracting Officerx27s Representative (COR). Required Qualifications ● 10+ years of progressive web development experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or SME capacity on federal IT programs.

● Expert proficiency in modern full-stack web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, Node.js or Python backend frameworks. ● Demonstrated experience designing and developing Section 508-compliant, WCAG 2.1-accessible web applications. ● Experience with DoD or federal government web systems, including FedRAMP cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).

● Strong command of Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies; experience leading sprint planning and backlog grooming. ● Bachelorx27s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with NAVSUP, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP), or other DoD logistics systems.

● Familiarity with Navy or DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks (RMF, DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53). ● Active Secret clearance. ● Certified Scrum Master (CSM), AWS Certified Developer, or comparable certification.
