Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk:

  • Processes auto dealership billing of vehicle purchases, verifies deal contents, issues payoff checks for trade-ins, and more.
  • Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
  • Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly remittances
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications - Experienced Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk:

  • Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk experience is required
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to analyze and research information is required
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Team participant
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
