What Youโ€™ll Do โ€“ Test with Precision. Deliver with Confidence.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with project managers, programmers, and clients to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track.
  • Finalize Documentation: Submit redlined drawings for as-builts, maintain commissioning checklists, and provide IP configuration documentation for AV devices.
  • Commission Systems: Configure and test audio DSPs, gain structures, rack builds, video codecs, and UI to ensure seamless performance.
  • Support Implementation: Assist technicians in the field, answer questions, and provide technical guidance during installs.
  • Manage Code amp; Configurations: Track and maintain versions of DSP and control system code on project servers.
  • Punch List amp; Walkthroughs: Develop and update punch lists with the project team and clients during walkthroughs.
  • Provide Training: Deliver hands-on system training to clients and end users.

  • Service amp; Support: Offer post-installation troubleshooting and client support when needed.
What You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of AV system integration, commissioning, and best practices.
  • Hands-on skills in DSP programming (Biamp or QSC preferred) and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking and AV device configuration.
  • Proficiency in rack building, cabling, terminating, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing presence.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying detail focused.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of AV field installation and commissioning experience.
  • Avixa CTS Certification (CTS-I preferred).
  • DSP certification (Biamp or QSC preferred).
  • Control system certification (Crestron or Extron preferred).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Visio, or similar design tools.
  • Skilled in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Whatโ€™s in It for You?
  • Impactful Work: See your technical expertise come to life in cutting-edge AV systems.
  • Career Growth: Expand your skills with certifications and leadership opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside talented engineers, programmers, and technicians.
  • Client Interaction: Build strong relationships while delivering reliable AV solutions.
  • Competitive Pay amp; Benefits: Compensation aligned with your skills and certifications.
