YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Salesperson at SDR, you will be an integral part of the Sales & Design team. Your drive, ambition, organization, and passion for working with clients will propel you to succeed in this exciting sales role. As a multitasking ninja, you'll have the chance to actively engage in multiple remodeling projects simultaneously, and your meticulous attention to detail will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's overall success.
In this role, you will work with clients to sell custom home renovation projects. As a high performer, you will contribute to delivering the ultimate client experience, ensuring SDR continues to set the highest standard in remodeling.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
10+ years of sales experience in the home remodeling industry, preferably with a design + build company. Comprehension of Auto-Cad Architectural and Construction plans, including framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, and elevations, is essential to this role.
In addition to having a proven track record of success in accurately estimating projects, creating innovative designs, and effectively selling solutions to clients, clear and concise communication skills are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare and maintain the design process timeline and selection matrix.
Call and/or email clients to schedule meetings.
Present design drawings and visuals
Research and prepare specifications for materials selections.
Arrange sub-contractor walk-throughs, including scope preparation and follow-up on estimates.
Prepare takeoffs, pricing, and sourcing of materials.
Contract creation, including budget estimates, scopes of work, project specifications, and presentations for contract meetings.
Contract Sale
Coordinate and implement the project start, including the handoff meeting, preconstruction meeting, issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and procuring and tracking materials.
Manage the project with SDR's production team during construction, including the handoff folder, planning, scheduling, tracking to-do items for weekly meetings, and tracking any change orders.
Various other tasks as assigned.

This role entails a commitment of 40+ hours per week, but, more significantly, it demands motivation, a sense of pride in your work, and investing the necessary time to achieve your sales quotas and deliver the ultimate client experience.
