Job description

Rainy Day Logistics is a growing e-commerce fulfillment and 3PL company located in Portland, Oregon. We help online businesses prepare, process, and ship inventory through platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other sales channels.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, can follow detailed instructions, and works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming inventory shipments
  • Count and inspect inventory for accuracy
  • Enter and mark received inventory in our warehouse management software
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations
  • Pick and prepare inventory for outgoing shipments
  • Label, polybag, bundle, bubble wrap, and package products as required
  • Prepare inventory for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and direct-to-consumer shipments
  • Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping requirements before orders leave the facility
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
  • Follow established processes and instructions carefully
  • Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed
  • Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or other issues to management


Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs by themself
  • Prior warehouse / fulfillment experience is a plus
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
