About the Company

A&V Consulting LLC is a Florida-based agribusiness consulting firm introducing advanced manure processing technologies to the U.S. livestock industry.


We represent closed fermentation manure processing systems developed by Japanese manufacturers including Chubu Ecotec and Kohshin Engineering.


These systems allow dairy and poultry farms to convert manure into stable organic fertilizer while reducing odor, pathogens, and environmental impact.


Demand for improved manure management and nutrient recovery solutions is growing rapidly across the U.S. livestock industry.

The Opportunity

This is an entrepreneurial, commission-based opportunity for an experienced agricultural sales professional interested in developing a new regional market.


The Agricultural Equipment Territory Developer will build relationships with:

• dairy farms• poultry farms• manure management companies• composting operators• agricultural service providers


The role focuses on identifying projects, developing relationships with farm operators, and advancing equipment sales opportunities.


Potential annual earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+ depending on performance and project development.

NO BASE SALARY! COMMISSIONS ONLY!


What You Will Build

• Develop the Florida territory for advanced manure processing technology• Build relationships with livestock farms and agricultural service providers• Identify and develop high-value equipment sales opportunities• Conduct farm visits and technical discussions with customers• Coordinate technical meetings with engineering teams and Japanese manufacturers• Represent the technology at agricultural meetings, trade shows, and industry events


Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder)• Must be located in Florida• Valid Florida driver’s license• Reliable personal transportation for farm visits across the state• Minimum Associate Degree from a U.S. accredited academic institution (agriculture, biology, agribusiness, engineering or related field preferred)• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in agriculture or agribusiness• Experience in agricultural equipment sales or manure technology / manure management systems strongly preferred• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers, livestock operators, and agricultural businesses• Strong presentation and communication skills• Ability to learn and explain technical concepts such as manure processing, aerobic fermentation, composting systems, trommel separation and odor control technologies

Compensation

This position is structured as a performance-based commission opportunity under a 1099 Independent Contractor agreement.


Commission is allocated progressively as a project advances through key stages of the sales process. If a project developed by the Agricultural Equipment Territory Developer results in a completed equipment sale, the Developer receives commission for each stage successfully completed.

Commissions are cumulative and paid after the equipment sale is completed and A&V Consulting receives its commission from the manufacturer.


If the Territory Developer completed certain stages of a project but later leaves the role or stops working on the opportunity, they remain eligible to receive commission for those stages if the project ultimately results in a completed sale and the work performed was properly documented.


To qualify for commission credit, all leads and project development activities must be submitted to and documented with A&V Consulting in a timely manner. A&V Consulting maintains the official record of lead registration and stage completion.
