Job description

KB Luxury Group is a luxury travel startup founded in 2021 and is based in Miami, FL. We specialize in private jet charters, luxury yacht experiences, and exclusive mansion rentals for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

We are seeking entrepreneurial, commission-driven sales professionals with experience closing luxury deals to join us in developing exclusive territories and closing high-value luxury bookings.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based with performance-driven equity opportunity. Schedule flexibility allows for full-time or part-time engagement, depending on your availability and production. While this is a remote position, candidates must reside in the United States.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of luxury or high-ticket sales experience (aviation, yachts, luxury real estate, exotic automotive, private membership, or comparable industries)
  • Proven track record closing $30,000+ transactions
  • Demonstrated success generating and managing your own pipeline
  • Access to or ability to cultivate relationships with affluent clientele
  • Financial stability to operate in a commission-only environment for 36 months
  • Self-starter mindset with strong closing ability

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Existing UHNW or executive network

Compensation & Equity Structure

Phase 1 Launch Period

  • Tiered commission structure: 60% (under $5K profit) 55% ($5K-$10K) 50% ($10K+)
  • $1,000 bonus per booking
  • Performance-based equity (up to 1% ownership)

Phase 2 Established Partner: (After 6 months, 3+ bookings/month, $150K+ profit generated)

  • $2,500/month base + tiered commission (3545%)
  • $500/month health insurance stipend
  • Continued equity vesting

Equity Vesting Milestones

  • 0.5% at $250K profit generated
  • 0.5% at $500K profit generated
  • 4-year vesting structure
