The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a Commissary Manager to our correctional team in Santa Rosa, CA. As a Commissary Manager, you will operate and supervise the assigned facility's commissary management program per the facility contract specifications and per the direction of the District Manager.

What you'll be doing:
  • Actively supervise the sales process.
  • Supervise and direct inmate labor (where applicable).
  • Accurately report financial results per Company protocol.
  • Accurately maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations.
  • Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. 
  • Inventory management experience
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
Compensation Range

$30.00 per hour
