Join our team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead restoration projects from start to finish, oversee skilled crews and subcontractors, and make a real impact for clients when they need it most.

Summary/objective

The Project Manager is tasked with successfully delivering construction services for clients and key relationships. Project Managers work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations, develop and grow referral relationships and steward the company brand.

Essential functions

โ— Managing subcontractor relationships and delivery of services

โ— Recruiting subcontractors

โ— Managing in-house trade staff

โ— Ensure quality control and work site safety

โ— Manage production schedules and timelines

โ— Operational sales and development of company brand

โ— Collecting project funds

โ— Managing material and resource providers/vendors

โ— Managing customer and tenant relations

โ— Supporting ongoing training and development of team members
