Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Install Crew Lead to guide our team in delivering top-quality solar installation services. As a pivotal member of our organization, the Crew Lead will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering team collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of solar installers to complete residential and commercial solar projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all installations are performed following company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate job site activities.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure the quality and efficiency of installations.
  • Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to project reports.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing company safety policies and conducting regular safety meetings.

Qualifications:
