Pay: $22.00 โ€“ $25.00 / hour

Location: Paragonah, UT (Rural site location; Moderate travel required)

Schedule: Regular Schedule (Monday โ€“ Friday, 50โ€“60 hours/week)

(BHI) is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to join our team on the Fremont Solar project in Paragonah, UT. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Solar Field Engineer on the Fremont Solar project, you will play a critical role in supporting operational organization, project documentation, and field workflows.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting document control, maintaining daily construction reports, and tracking payroll data.
  • Assisting with Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance records.
  • Utilizing software like Bluebeam, MS Office, and Google Suite to manage project schedules and records.
  • Spending regular time on the active construction site learning solar operations and assisting field crews as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational, schedule-tracking, and document-control skills.
  • Prior experience in solar, electrical, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite in rural project locations (50โ€“60 hrs/week) with moderate travel.
