Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator / Machinist to join a precision-driven team in Logan, UT. This is a full-time role for someone who understands that accuracy, documentation, and consistency are not optional — they’re the job.

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Load materials and ensure precise alignment to maintain tight tolerances
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and work orders
• Work with SolidWorks models and drawings to support machining operations
• Adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, cutting depth) to achieve precision and repeatability
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes to minimize downtime
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Document work accurately in accordance with manufacturing and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area following safety and quality protocols

Requirements and Experience:

• Passion for CNC Machining and the fabrication process
• Proven CNC machining experience in high-precision manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks (reading models, understanding design intent)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances
• Experience working with tight tolerances and critical-to-quality features
• Proficient with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Comfortable using power and hand tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Key Responsibilities:
