How hard is it to become a commercial service advisor?

Becoming a commercial service advisor typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in automotive or technical service environments. Strong communication skills, knowledge of vehicle systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools are important, and some employers may prefer certifications such as ASE. The role often involves on-the-job training and understanding customer service procedures.
