We are looking for an experienced, skilled and dedicated professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial/residential roofing experience, strong attention to detail, motivation and a desire to move up the ladder!

The Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems under the direction of a Lead Technician or Foreman. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
  • Safely operate hand tools, roofing equipment, and machinery; follow all safety guidelines, including fall protection and PPE use
  • Load and unload materials and tools; stage materials on roofs
  • Remove old roofing systems and clean work areas, maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in commercial or residential roofing (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with common roofing systems and tools
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Valid driverโ€™s license (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and carry materials
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding; work on steep slopes and elevated surfaces
  • Stand, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10-hour certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Manufacturer training or certifications (GAF, Firestone, etc.)
