$170,000 – $285,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in a sophisticated commercial real estate practice involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing matters for developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and other sophisticated clients.

Ideal Background

2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance

• Experience representing developers, investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, and institutional clients

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, loan documents, and other real estate agreements

• Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence

• Experience coordinating sophisticated transactions from initial negotiations and diligence through closing

• Experience with joint ventures, real estate investments, portfolio transactions, or development projects is a plus

• Experience with commercial leasing involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily, or other property types is beneficial

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and deadlines

• Excellent client service and communication skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
