Solid Restoration LLC, a rapidly growing leader in the restoration and reconstruction industry, is seeking an experienced Build-Back Reconstruction Project Manager to join our Fort Worth team. This role focuses on managing the reconstruction phase of residential and commercial property losses following water, fire, and other damages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of projects from handoff through completion while delivering exceptional service to clients, partners, and insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the build-back phase of restoration projects from planning through final completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Collaborate with mitigation teams and estimators to align scope, budgets, and expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure milestone completion.
  • Perform on-site inspections to monitor safety, workmanship, and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and reporting using company software systems.
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or related fields, preferably focused on reconstruction or build-back.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of restoration workflows, insurance claim processes, and residential/commercial construction practices.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technology: Experience with project management platforms such as DASH, Xactimate, Albiware, or similar systems preferred.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the greater DFW area.
