Job description

Hawkins Construction, a leading Commercial Contracting firm, is seeking Commercial Project Managers with experience in ground up Retail, Big Box Retail, Supermarkets, Municipal, Mixed Use, or Multi-Family projects for placement at our Tampa Bay or Boca Raton Offices. The Project Manager position requires a minimum of 5 years Project Manager Experience along with a combined total of 10yrs in the commercial construction industry. Preferred candidate will have excellent skills in scheduling, estimating, change management, budget accountability, subcontractor administration, computer software, Procore, and excellent employment history. A degree in Building Construction preferred.
Salary is commensurate with experience, excellent benefits, profit sharing, and bonuses are provided.
