We are a professional painting company dedicated to providing commercial and residential painting services with integrity and craftsmanship to the South Florida market with a highly dedicated, inspired, and caring team.

Job Title: Crew Leader

Location: South Florida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a crew of painters in executing painting projects according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Assign tasks to team members, provide clear instructions, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed..
  • Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols and practices.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Painting Crew Leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and application methods.
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining painting equipment and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
