This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across data, reporting, and strategy to drive business performance and support growth initiatives.


At Enwave, we're advancing how cities use energy-delivering innovative district energy and decarbonization solutions that create long-term impact. As part of our Commercial Operations team, this role plays a key part in enabling informed decision-making and advancing our project pipeline.

As Senior Analyst/Associate, Commercial Operations, you will act as a key contributor across commercial activities-supporting business cases, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth.


What you'll do

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Director, Commercial Operations to support a broad range of activities, including developing business cases, contributing to customer proposals, and advancing strategic initiatives across the project pipeline. You'll work cross-functionally to gather, structure, and synthesize inputs into clear materials that support leadership and Board-level decision-making.


You'll also prepare and maintain high-quality presentation materials, including Board reporting, shareholder updates, client-facing proposals, and internal content. In parallel, you'll manage and enhance commercial data across systems, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline tracking while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Working with large datasets in Excel, you'll generate insights that inform commercial decisions and performance tracking. You'll also provide flexible, ad hoc support across the team, contributing wherever needed as priorities evolve.


What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial, business analysis, finance, strategy, or consulting role
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets and complex workbook
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, polished presentations
  • Experience supporting reporting processes (Board materials, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
  • Background in accounting or finance with interest in developing broader commercial skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and data management

Compensation
