Logistics Leader โ€“ Streamline Supply Chain Operations for TCC


Job Overview

  • Company: TCC
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $62,500 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Location: Wauwatosa, WI.
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time (Salaried / Exempt).
  • Schedule: Standard 8:00 am โ€“ 5:00 pm M-F.
  • Project Scope: Commercial Audio Visual Projects.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.


The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the warehouse ecosystem, driving the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of high-end commercial audio visual equipment. Reporting to the Vice President of Integration, this leadership role empowers you to design inventory workflows and optimize logistics strategies. Your efforts will directly ensure our field installation teams have the precise materials needed to deliver iconic nationwide projects.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Enforce strategic warehouse policies to guarantee the precise receipt, secure storage, and efficient distribution of valuable technical inventory.
  • Develop and execute modern operational procedures for our computerized inventory control system while maintaining data integrity.
  • Oversee the meticulous tracking of product serial numbers and verify the absolute accuracy of bills of lading and incoming shipments.
  • Supervise and oversee multiple divisions, including Logistics, Quality Control, Warehouse and fleet.
  • Coordinate carrier logistics and schedule prompt product pick-ups to consistently meet strict customer delivery requirements.
  • Delegate critical warehouse assignments to support personnel while maintaining immaculate safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage local logistics by operating forklifts and driving company vehicles to deliver supplies directly to active jobsites.
  • Collaborate with field teams to stock installation vans, manage RMA records, and pre-terminate or solder cables to accelerate project timelines.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing warehouse logistics, inventory control systems, and material distribution workflows.
  • Strong proficiency utilizing computerized inventory tracking software alongside Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with basic carpentry, construction, or tool-handling skills for unboxing and prepping gear.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record capable of safely operating company delivery vehicles.
  • Clear professional communication skills and the ability to maintain productivity when working independently.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Active forklift certification or the immediate willingness to become certified on site.
  • Foundational familiarity with commercial audio visual cables, routers, switchers, and electronic connectors.
  • Basic hands-on experience with technical rack wiring, wire labeling, or electronic soldering techniques.
