Summary 
The HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician provides service and repair of commercial HVAC/refrigeration and or kitchen equipment.
Details

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, and or kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office.
  • Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines. 
  • Meet on-call requirements.

Required Experience | Education

  • Three years of combined HVAC/Refrigeration and or commercial kitchen repair experience. 
  • High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot.
  • A mechanical background and or skills in automotive, electrical, installation would be a plus. 
  • Journeyman License and or CFESA certification would be a plus.  
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills.
