Relevant de la Presidente de notre division RPMX,l'expert ou l'experte en sinistre aura comme principales taches d'enqueter sur les dossiers d'envergures en responsabilite civile et professionnel.



Principales responsabilites

  • Gerer l'analyse, enqueter et assurer le reglement des dossiers dans le respect des conditions contractuelles
  • Etre le point de contact des courtiers, partenaires et assures tout au long du processus
  • Echanger regulierement avec les collegues, afin d'approfondir les connaissances, autant au niveau de la souscription que des reclamations
  • Participer a des colloques lies a nos besoins
  • Completer les UFC obligatoires


Profil recherche

  • Minimum de 10 annees d'experience en tant qu'expert(e) en sinistre
  • Detenir un permis d'expert en sinistre entreprise
  • Avoir travaille avec les Lloyds (Requis)
  • Etre bilingue puisque la plupart des dossiers sont avec les Lloyds
  • Connaitre les systemes VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint et Guidewire (fort atout)
  • Connaitre les contrats Lloyds (fort atout)
  • Etre structure
  • Etre flexible et avoir une facilite a s'adapter aux changements

If you are interested in playing an active role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a rapidly growing company, we are looking for aClaims Adjusterto join our subsidiaryRPMX, which specializes in claims management and adjustment services.


Reporting to the President of our RPMX division, the Claims Adjuster will be primarily responsible for investigating and handling complex commercial liability and professional liability claims.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, investigate, and manage the resolution of claims files in accordance with policy terms and conditions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims process
  • Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in both underwriting and claims management
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars relevant to business needs
  • Complete all required continuing education credits (CE credits)


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster
  • Hold a Commercial Claims Adjuster license
  • Experience working withLloyd's(required)
  • Bilingual (English/French), as the majority of claims involve Lloyd's
  • Knowledge of VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint, and Guidewire systems (strong asset)
  • Knowledge of Lloyd's policy wordings and contracts (strong asset)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
