Job description

Fence & Deck Depot is looking for an experienced Fence Installation subcontractor crew to support our field crews across the St. Charles, MO, O’Fallon, IL and the greater St. Louis area. This is a subcontracting, year-round outdoor role regarding fence installation for residential and commercial projects.

We have long-tenured, year-round sub crews because our pay schedule is highly competitive. The pay schedule will be shared during onsite interviews.

What You'll Do:

• Run your own fencing crew Install vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link fences including:
• Dig post holes, set posts, and secure panels and rails
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Measure and prepare job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Coordinate with Company Production department in scoping jobs and completing project per details in installer’s packet. All materials are provided.

What We're Looking For:

  • Comfortable lifting 50–80 lbs. and working on your feet
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to provide own crew, truck, trailer and tools.
  • Commercial insurance required.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Operate your own truck or Truck & Trailer to transport materials to your job sites
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work daily
  • Crews must have their own Flat Bed Truck or Truck & Trailer.
  • Crews must have Commercial Insurance that includes Workers Compensation terms.

Work Environment
• Outdoor, year-round work in varying weather conditions
• Local travel to job sites in the St. Louis area
• Full-time hours with consistent scheduling
