Senior Customer Service Team Member

Location: In-office Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid Eligibility: Work from home 2 days per week after 1 year of employment
Compensation: $25.00–$28.50 per hour + Commission & Performance Bonuses
Benefits: Health coverage, PTO, Paid Holidays, and a 3% employer match after one year
Requirements: Property & Casualty insurance license and 2 years of Property & Casualty experience.
About the Role                               
We’re looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, and ethical professional to join our growing agency as a Senior Customer Experience Team Member.
This isn’t just another customer service position — it’s a chance to lead, mentor, and make a measurable impact. You’ll serve as a role model for both performance and professionalism, helping customers and teammates alike while driving agency growth and excellence.
As part of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll shape how we connect with clients, improve our processes, and embody the values that make our agency stand out.
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct 3–4 onboarding or annual insurance reviews weekly
  • Generate 15+ household quotes per week (Allstate & brokered policies)                                
  • Quoting, communicating and writing commercial insurance policies                                      
  • Maintain 100% completion of client to-do items
  • Lead 5+ team training sessions per month
  • Handle premium increase calls with appropriate customer education and retention strategy 
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
