Job description

Position Description: The Commercial Installer Helper assists experienced installers with the installation of commercial equipment and systems. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the installation or construction industry.Responsibilities:Assist with installation projects and job site setup.Load, unload, and transport tools and materials.Operate basic hand and power tools.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.Support team members to complete projects on time.Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.Ability to work on ladders and in various job site conditions.Skills:Strong work ethic and dependability.Basic mechanical aptitude.Good communication and teamwork skills.Advancement Opportunities: Commercial Installer, Lead Installer, Field Technician.Starting Pay: $20-$30 Based on experience and qualifications. $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly
