Position Summary

The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

  1. Lead installation of HVAC systems including split systems, package units, ductwork, and accessories
  2. Manage job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and up to company standards
  3. Supervise and mentor install helpers/apprentices
  4. Read and interpret installation specifications
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company safety standards
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  7. Maintain clean and organized job sites
  8. Complete all required documentation accurately and timely

  1. 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (required)
  2. Proven experience as a lead installer or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
  4. EPA Certification (required)
  5. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
