Service Technician – Troubleshoot & Repair Residential and Commercial HVAC Systems


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a premier field technician resolving complex mechanical heating and cooling issues across residential and commercial jobsites. This role grants you technical autonomy while offering top-tier earnings through hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance routines to maximize client equipment efficiency.
  • Evaluate diagnostic results on-site to recommend optimal technical solutions or equipment upgrades.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service reports, equipment readings, and material usage.
  • Execute system repairs safely following strict local codes and safety procedures.
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction by delivering professional communication on every call.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC service and repair.
  • Strong background performing complex repairs on residential or commercial heating and cooling equipment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and digital troubleshooting interface packages.
  • Specialized manufacturer service certifications or advanced technical training credentials.
  • Proven track record of explaining technical service options clearly to residential and commercial customers.
