What You'll Do

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping clients and project teams make informed decisions from the earliest stages of a project.

You will:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate pricing.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations throughout the pursuit process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends and maintain current pricing and cost data.
  • Continuously improve estimating processes and best practices.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Experience with negotiated, CMAR, design-build, and hard bid projects.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
