DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid California Class A CDL
  • 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience — NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Tanker Endorsement preferred/required for applicable positions
  • Double Endorsements needed
  • Current DMV driving record issued within the last 30 days
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate
  • Must pass required DOT drug screening
  • Two forms of identification
  • Ability to safely perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Ability to safely pick up and deliver loads within scheduled timeframes
  • Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Samsara ELD
  • Samsara Electronic Logging Device is required
  • Must be comfortable with in-cab driver-facing and outward-facing cameras

PAY & BENEFITS

  • Paid by the Load
  • Average gross pay: $1,400–$2,000 per week
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus for new full-time drivers*
  • Home Daily
  • Paid Bi-Weekly
  • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
  • Assigned truck may be taken home in most divisions
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits

WINE GRAPE HARVEST SCHEDULE

  • Harvest work begins Sunday nights
  • Typical start time: 10:00 PM–11:00 PM
