Job Title: Commercial Auto Sales Professional

Location: 3400 N 89th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | One Saturday per month 9am-2pm
Pay: Commission-only | $120,000-$150,000+ earning potential

Our Chapman Ford Pro Elite location in Scottsdale, AZ is currently seeking a Commercial Auto Sales Professional who will build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients while delivering customized vehicle solutions to support their business operations. In this role, you will prospect new business, manage client accounts, and oversee the sales process from initial contact through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial sales professional looking to grow a book of business with substantial earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet clients
  • Prospect new business through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Identify customer needs and recommend commercial vehicle and fleet solutions
  • Present vehicle specifications, upfit options, and financing solutions
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to support client accounts
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent client follow-up
  • Provide ongoing account support to generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications

  • 2 years of commercial automotive sales experience required
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Account Manager strongly preferred
  • Existing book of business required
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
