Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 7-15 years of post-call experience in corporate/energy law from a reputable law firm, or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power, and renewables, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance and competition issues.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a client-focused mindset.
  • Qualified to practice law in Canada.
